Performance Award from November 2018 onwards

 

In order to provide recognition of outstanding employee, the Company has introduced following Performance Award from November 2018 onwards-

1. Staff of the Month
2. Manager of the Month
3. Staff of the Year
4. Manager of the Year

The winner will be awarded with a certificate and an incentive.

Mr. Vivekananda Pal, Toll Collector was awarded as “Staff of Month” for May 2019

Mr. Sourav Chowdhury, Maintenance Manager was awarded as “Manager of Month” for May 2019

 

Mr. Sona Bag, Traffic Assistant was awarded as “Staff of Month” for June 2019

Mr. Madan Das, Senior Electrical Supervisor was awarded as “Manager of Month” for June 2019
